     Payment: Buyers must make a 50% deposit on the price of each custom made item or each item not currently in stock at the time of Buyer’s return of this confirmation of order. The balance should be paid before shipment or B/L copy at sight. The best payment way is T/T. We also accept L/C at sight.

Shipment: The goods shall be shipped EX-Works aoqi inflatables Ltd’s facility in Guangzhou or Zhaoqing, China. If buyer requested, Aoqi Inflatables Ltd will be cooperative to suggest a FOB or CIF price and arrange shipment by major common forwarder. All costs and expenses relating to shipment including insurance, customs expenses, duties, taxes, etc shall be the sole responsibility of Buyer. Freight should prepaid if shipment is by air.

     Producing Time: Our regular producing time for 1pc inflatables is 3~7 days, and 20~30 days for container order. It can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

     Limited Warranty: Aoqi Inflatables Ltd provides Buyer a limited repair and replacement warranty and agrees and warrants only that the products, identified by category below, will be fit for their intended purpose, merchantable, and without material defect in workmanship and materials for the period specified as follows: a) The warranty shall apply to the inflatables plus all accessories, equipment and parts manufactured by Aoqi Inflatables Ltd; b) Wear items such as entrance covers, mats, slide covers, slide covers with steps, climbing rocks are not warranted beyond the first 90 days after receipt of order. These items are intended to reduce wear on the inflatable and require periodic replacement at buyer’s expense; c) Warranty for any defects in material and workmanship of inflatables is effective in one year period from date of shipment.

     What is included in the inflatables games’ price?

     Repair kit, including PVC and appropriate glue.

     Removable slide skins(for slides only), which can be replaced along with sliding mats.

     Products manual.
